Black Bag Pet Waste Removal is a business owned and operated by (Black Collar Mobile Grooming LLC) that provides pet-waste removal services to residential properties, you agree to the following terms of service that govern the sales and services provided by us. 

 

BILLING

For recurring weekly services, Black Bag Pet Waste Removal requires you to save a card on file in our client portal, (Moego), for secure, automatic payments after service is completed. This ensures easy payment for you and that we are paid for our services. 

If your card is declined or invoice is unpaid, we will discontinue service immediately until payment has been received. 

 

INITIAL CLEAN UP 

One-time cleanings we require a cleanup fee deposit at $40 and may go up depending on time from last personal scoop, size & composition of yard. Deposit is non-refundable and secures the appointment. We will subtract the deposit from your fee.

For one time/initial cleans we require the customer to be home so we can meet you, show us the yard, and provide final payment. After the initial clean, we do not require you to be home, just access the back yard and dogs are secured inside.​​

CANCELLATION

Black Bag Pet Waste Removal requires a 48 hour cancellation notice. If cancellation is after the 48 hour window, deposit will not be refunded for one-time cleanings.

Black Bag Waste Removal is a subscription service. For weekly or twice weekly cleans if an appointment is cancelled the following appointment will reflect the missed fee of $25, as waste has accumulated.

ACCESSING YARD/ DOGS IN YARD

If Black Bag Pet Waste Removal cannot get access due to locked gates or dogs in the yard; the scoop will be skipped and charges will still apply. For our and your dogs safety, all dogs must be inside while we provide our services. 

 

MAINTAINING YARD

It is very important to keep a maintained yard. If not maintained (excess fallen leaves, long/tall grass, plant or weed overgrowth) it is hard to see pet waste, and can be a risk to our safety. However, within reason, we will always do our best. If we arrive and yard is overgrown, for safety precautions we reserve the right to skip the visit and charges will still apply.

WEATHER

Black Bag Pet Waste Removal will work within reason. The customer understands that if there is extreme weather or flooding, we will postpone service until safe. We will do our best to reschedule scoops quickly.

HOLIDAYS & VACATIONS

If cleaning day falls on a FEDERAL holiday you will be notified of next scheduled cleaning day. 

You will be notified in advance if we plan to take personal vacations. You will not be charged missed cleanings due to our absence. We will take care of waste accumulation.

 

MARKETING MATERIAL

All Clients give permission to Black Bag Pet Waste Removal to use images/photos of services performed at clients property or residence on Black Bag Pet Waste Removals website or social media sites, unless other arrangements have been made.

 

PRIVACY POLICY 

Black Bag Pet Waste Removal will collect personal information from you on our website or client portal (Moego) such as your name, email address, phone number, and physical address, to provide services. We will never sell your information or send it to third parties.

 

REVISIONS 

Black Bag Pet Waste Removal provides the right to amend services without notice.  Amendments will be effective upon our posting terms to our website. We recommend you visit the our website to review any changes. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance to any changes to the Terms.
